• Returned items must be in original, resalable condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective inserts, and must be securely repacked to prevent transit damage.
• A restocking fee of 25% of the product price will be deducted from your refund if the returned item shows signs of use, or arrives with improper/inadequate packaging resulting in scratches, dents, or transit damage.
• No refund will be issued for items returned with missing parts (accessories, cables, mounts, manuals, packaging, or components), or items that have been swapped, substituted, or replaced with a different product than what was originally shipped. Such returns may be reported as fraudulent.
• Refunds, return eligibility, shipping responsibility, and warranty coverage are governed in full by the Warranty & Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
