This will allow us to diagnose your issue as quickly as possible.
For Surveillance Systems:
1. Product Label / Model Name
Found on the back of the camera.
2. System Info Screen
Right-click on NVR > Menu > System Setup > System > Firmware Version and Built Time.
3. Attach Photos
Use the buttons on the right after submitting.
